Webster's Bookstore Cafe

Since 1999, Webster’s has exclusively served fair-trade, organic, bird-friendly coffees, ensuring safety for farmers and the environment. They were the first local café to offer biodegradable, compostable to-go cups. Their food menu, expanded in 2004, uses local produce and organic ingredients. They now provide full catering with vegan, gluten-free, and organic options.

Webster’s pays a living wage above minimum wage, independent of tips, and upholds a zero-tolerance policy on sexual harassment and a commitment to inclusion. The café fosters a welcoming, safe space for all, supporting local community groups with free meeting areas and showcasing artists and performers at events.
